PeopleSoft Simplified Analytics is a powerful feature that enables users with many different roles to create contextual analytic reports and easily make informed decisions. Simplified Analytic is a new feature with PeopleTools 8.55 and Core HR was the first to deliver these analytics to managers.  The two nice features with Simplified Analytics are 1) they are simple to create and use,  and 2) a manager never has to leave the page to view them (within a transaction they can access the analytic).
