Oracle and Quest are hosting a data privacy webinar to highlight new features PeopleSoft HCM has delivered to assist customers with new data privacy regulations.   There is a significant new regulation GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) for how organizations process personal data of European Union (EU) individuals (employees, spouses, dependants) – regardless if your organization resides in Europe.  Most customers will impacted – you can’t control from what country (ex. England) an applicant applies for a job at your organization…once they apply you have now captured ‘personal data’ and GDPR is now effective.

The webinar is hosted through Quest – May 8^th, 11-12 pm (pacific time) (8:00 PM - 9:00 PM CEST).  I know due to time zone/work you may not be able to attend – please register so you receive a copy of the recorded session.

Webinar: Actualización sobre Global Payroll Spain Customer

Oracle has delivered the changes to react to the new format of the Model 10T (Certificado de retenciones e Ingresos a cuenta) delivered by the Tax Agency (Tax Update 3º Delivery 2018).

Oracle is currently working on a Tax update to reflect in the product a set of changes affecting Training reporting as result of the new requirements published on the Tripartite foundation website for the XML files supported by the product.

Finally we want to inform you, the PeopleSoft product team will hold a new session oriented to Global Payroll Spain customers on Tuesday, March 6, 2018. This event, in Webinar format, has the following objectives:

• Provide information regarding the latest changes as released in the product.
• Provide information regarding the upcoming deliveries and timing of those.
• Q&A

The meeting will be held in the morning (11:00) and the estimated duration is 1 hour.
