HR Focus Group Updates: Thank you to all the customers who volunteered
to participate in the focus group – very much appreciated!!!

Guided Self Service (GSS) Focus Group - New &
Improved Manager Self Service. This project is enhancing existing
GSS with new features and functionality for the manager and HR
Admin. Development is almost complete for Guided Self Service on a small
Form Factor (phone & tablet).
Global Focus Group – Development is current working on
Proof of Concept (POCs) for Name Display by Country (going through internal review,
impact analysis).

Employee Snapshot Focus Group – Continuing development on the
Summary and Promotion Readiness metrics for Employee Snapshot. Design underway
for Compensation Review and Performance Review.

Onboarding/Offboarding Focus Group – Working on conceptual design
document based on focus group requirements/feedback.
Note: Tools 8.55 is a requirement for Onboarding.

Succession Planning Focus Group (NEW) – With great participation and some
very interesting feedback from our customer focus group, we are now at a stage
where we have identified the top priorities for a succession planning system.
We are now gearing up to discuss the detailed features with our customers in
our next focus group meet and demo the current feature set as well. To get to
this stage, we had three focus group calls previously and two surveys with
great response and contribution from our focus group members.
