Actualización legislativa para PeopleSoft Global Payroll España (Nómina)

El Gobierno de España publicó el Real Decreto 1077/2017 que establece el salario mínimo para 2018. El nuevo valor del salario mínimo probablemente afecte las bases y las tasas mínimas de la Seguridad Social. Oracle ha avanzado esos valores como parte de la segunda actualización de entrega de impuestos para 2018.

Adicionalmente, esta actualización legislativa contenía la reacción al Decreto Foral 62/2017 (Alava), el Decreto Foral 31/2017, (Guipúzcoa) y el Decreto Foral 152/2017 (Vizcaya) que establecen las nuevas tasas impositivas para 2018 para esos Territorios Históricos.

Oracle está trabajando actualmente en los cambios para cumplir con la nueva plantilla para el Informe de Deducción Fiscal (Modelo 10T) y también sobre los cambios en el informe XML a la Fundación Tripartita para 2018.

El "Position Statement" de Oracle se ha revisado para incluir más detalles sobre estas actualizaciones legislativas, la disponibilidad del parche y los requisitos previos. Aconsejamos a los clientes que revisen la declaración de posición para mantenerse actualizados.

Status sobre Mantenimiento Legislativo de PeopleSoft para España



As part of the Legislative Maintenance for Spain, Oracle has delivered:
  • Changes to react to the new format of the Model 10T (Certificado de retenciones e Ingresos a cuenta) delivered by the Tax Agency (Tax Update 2º Delivery 2017)
  • Tax update to reflect in the product a set of changes affecting Training reporting as result of the new requirements published on the Tripartite foundation website for the XML files supported by the product (Tax Update 3º Delivery 2017)
  • Changes to react to RED Bulletin 2016/02 regarding Social Security calculation and Cret@ reporting of employees affected by multiple-employment when they have excluded contingencies in the other company (Tax Update 4º Delivery 2017)
The Position Statement has been updated with details of these Tax updates. We advise customers to review the position statement to keep up-to-date.

Actualización legislativa para PeopleSoft Global Payroll Spain




The first delivery of Tax Update for 2017 has been delivered. It contains changes on the CRA file (Conceptos Retributivos Abonados) to comply with the latest requirements published by the Social Security.
The Position Statement has been updated with details of this tax update and information regarding in-progress Tax Updates, like 2017 XML files for 'Fundación Tripartita' or new format of Tax deduction Report (Model 10T). We advise customers to review the position statement to keep up-to-date. The Position Statement can be found on My Oracle Support, Document ID 1520058.1.

Furthermore we want to inform you about the date for the next customer meeting (web conference), that we are planning for February 15th, where we will go through the latest legislative changes included in the product.

Legislative Updates for PeopleSoft HCM Global Payroll Spain



Tax Agency has already published the new algorithm for the calculation of tax percentage (IRPF) for 2017. Kindly be aware that there are no changes on the calculation algorithm with respect the one for 2016, so Oracle is not providing any update affecting the tax percentage calculation.

Furthermore, Fundación Tripartita has already published the XML schemes for the training reporting to be used in 2017. Oracle is working on the changes. Our Position Statement will be revised to include this Legislative Update and the delivery timelines.
