• Northern California Public Sector Forum – April 12 @ Pleasanton, CA.  During the event I was able to ‘recruit’ more customers for our HR Community, please welcome CalPERS, City & County of San Francisco, City of San Jose, County of Contra Costa, County of Napa, County of San Joaquin and County of Santa Clara
• COLLABORATE Conference – April 22-26 @ Las Vegas, NV  –During the conference I was able to ‘recruit’ more customers for our HR Community, please welcome Charter Communication, County of Hennepin, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Tower International,  and U.S. Dept of Energy - Nevada.   A special thanks to our customers/Partners –Alaska Airlines, CherryRoad, CDW, CRU Global, DLA Piper, Hackensack Meridian, Hawaiian Airlines, MIPRO, Mutual of Omaha, Pacific Northwest Labs, Presence of IT, Quest, SmartERP, Skybridge Global, SpearMC, State of California – House & Development, Vail Resorts, WellsFargo, and WorkSafe BC for sharing their free time to meet with me.

Customer Corner - I want to highlight the great accomplishments our HR Focus Group Customers have done in April J.  If your organization has done something great (upgraded, deployed fluid/new functionality) please let me know so you can get your well deserved recognition.

Focus Group Updates:  Thank you to all the customers who volunteered to participate in the focus group.  If you are interested - List of HCM Focus Groups

• Global HR – Data Privacy (GDPR requirements) webinar scheduled for May 8^th.  See registration link below.
• Onboarding -   Currently we are finishing up  the admin view for day 1 onboarding.  Requirements are almost complete for off-boarding and we will be reviewing our off-boarding draft in our May meeting.
• ePerformance – Working on ePerformance notifications and document transfer enhancement.  Our next meeting will be in May.
• Employee Snapshot – We delivered the Employee Snapshot -Administrative View in image 26. DEV is currently working on integration with PeopleSoft ELM. 
• Profile Management -  We delivered the Fluid Profile Mgmt page for managers in image 26. Development is currently working on the attachment feature and enhancements to MSS.  Our next meeting will be in May.
• Position Management – The last two months have been a fury of design and development.  We will be meeting May ^9th as a focus group to review mockups for enhancements to Position Management. 
• HR Help Desk – Plan to meet in May to discuss 1) Fluid Case Triage wireframes for Agents/Managers  and 2) Data Privacy Impacts on CRM. 

***Important Note*** Focus Groups are open to all customers, calls are typically once a month for an hour or as needed.  Your organization needs to have a current CPCA (customer participation confidentiality agreement) since Oracle discloses future design and prototypes.

• China – Changes to 2018 medical insurance contribution rate for Tianjin region have been announced and the solution posting timelines for this change has been updated
• France -The French Government has announced a legislative change necessitating an increase in the RSA amount for Garnishments
