Customer Corner - I want to highlight the great accomplishments our HR Focus
Group Customers have done this monthJ. If your organization has done something
great (upgraded, deployed fluid/new functionality) please let me know so you can get your
well deserved recognition.
HR Focus Group Updates: Thank you to all
the customers who volunteered to participate in the focus group
- Global HR– No update this month
- Onboarding - We have been discussing Off boarding requirements and reviewing the last of Day 1 Onboarding enhancements. Very exciting to see customers starting their implementation of Day 1 Onboarding. We will meet back together in December. - ePerformance - Focus group discussed priorities and looked ahead at the next 12 months. We plan to met in December to review preliminary designs for new enhancements. If you want to be a part of the focus group, contact Jeremy (jeremy.pelley@oracle.com)
- Employee Snapshot - Focus group met to finalize requirements for the Admin View (similar to manager view but Admin can see for the org) and the next requirements gathering will be Employee View. If you want to be a part of the focus group, contact Jeremy (jeremy.pelley@oracle.com)

- Position Management - the Position Management focus group met and reviewed preliminary designs for a much anticipated enhancement. We are still finishing up work and will be announcing what we will be delivering for position Management. We also worked through the top 3 priorities and looked and very high level requirements. - Company Directory – Focus Group reviewed complete list of all the enhancements for Company Directory/Org Chart. Customers submitted their vote for most important enhancements to have. - U.S. Federal – Partner Focus Group – Presented the proposed enhancement for modernizing Correction and Cancellation (C&C) process, Partners provided feedback and finalized requirements on the Flow and Mockup options. If you are interested, contact Venky (venkatesh.kotikalapudi@oracle.com)
- U.S. Federal–Customer Focus Group - Focus Group shared how Correction and Cancellation transactions are performed by their agencies (approval levels involved, distribution of business process/workflow between the Agency and Payroll vendor). - HR Help Desk - Had a meeting on 10/12 - Adventist Health shared their success story with Fluid HRHD like improvement self-service usage, as well as reduction in case creation. Focus Group discussed ideas for improving the productivity and HR ticket handling efficiency for Agents through features like Visual Triage Boards, Guided Resolution Assistant and fluid dashboard for Agents/Managers. We also discussed survey questions/results regarding their HR Service delivery operations and enhancement features. If you are interested in this focus group, contact Mohit (mohit.shukla@oracle.com)

Groups are open to all customers, calls are typically once a month for
an hour or as needed. Your organization needs to have a current CPCA
(customer participation confidentiality agreement) since Oracle discloses
future design and prototypes. Email me if you are interested in any of

- Singapore– A new version of PAT - IRAS file specification has been released
- New Zealand - Inland Revenue has proposed that employers would no longer be required to file an employer monthly schedule EMS, instead they would file PAYE information on a payday basis as of April 2019
- United Kingdom - HMRC has made amendments in regards to RTI FPS reporting requirements for Fiscal Year 2018-19 and Start Of Year changes in regards to Student Loans, with a revised Threshold for the Plan 2 Type
