As result of the
publication of Orden Foral 676/2017, Oracle has delivered Tax Update (#9)
containing the changes to comply with the technical requirements for the
reporting of Model 190 for 2017 for the State fiscal territory.
Hacienda Foral de
Alava and Hacienda Foral of Vizcaya have also published Orden Foral 676/2017
and Orden Foral 2190/2017 with the requirements for the Model 190 reporting for
2017 following the same approach than the State Fiscal Territory. We expect the
other historical territories will follow the same. Oracle has delivered Tax
Update (#10) with the changes on Model 190 for 2017 for all the Historical
Territories.
Additionally, Oracle
is working on the changes on the AFI file to comply with the latest version of
Winsuite 8.7.0, in the new template for the Tax Deduction Report (Model 10T)
and also on the changes on the XML reporting to Fundación Tripartita for 2018.
The Position
Statement has been revised to include more details about these legislative
updates, the patch availability and pre-requisites. We advise customers to
