Personal/Sensitive Data Analysis

Hello All,

On our last Global HR call (June 2017), Russell Broom covered PeopleSoft was working on a series of enhancement to assist you with your Personal/Sensitive Data requirements.   Oracle has posted the Personal and Sensitive Data Spreadsheet to MOS (My Oracle Support - Document 2313438.1)  - https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/DocumentDisplay?id=2313438.1
Summary - Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is information which can identify the identity of an individual. The most common example of PII is a person’s name. In addition to PII, data in the application can also be considered sensitive. Examples of sensitive information include ethnicity, disabilities, compensation amounts, etc. PeopleSoft Human Capital Management captures many data elements in the application which can be considered PII, sensitive, or both.  Please read the  PDF first that references the delivered spreadsheet  by Oracle which categorizes and classifies data that is Personally Identifiable and/or Sensitive in the application.
