Tax Agency has already published the new algorithm for
the calculation of tax percentage (IRPF) for 2017. Kindly be aware that there
are no changes on the calculation algorithm with respect the one for 2016, so
Oracle is not providing any update affecting the tax percentage calculation.
Furthermore, Fundación Tripartita has already
published the XML schemes for the training reporting to be used in 2017. Oracle
is working on the changes. Our Position Statement will be revised to include
this Legislative Update and the delivery timelines.
